This Contemporary Architecture Design by Nico Van Der Meulen Architects – Modern and Unique House Design Located in Eccleston Rd, Bryanston, Johannesburg, South Africa and rested on a 4000 square meter ground, this 1400 square meter house was designed around three massive trees, one at the tennis court, and the other two on the east side of the house. Appearance house so modern and spacious designed by Nico Van Der Meulen Architects. Total floor area 2500sq.m. The uniqueness of the house structure that resembles a horseshoe and the north side of the semicircle south side. Nico Van Der Meulen Architects deliberately explore the combination of two elements of wood and stone. The position of the house near the entrance gate to connect the elevated deliberately ‘homes to the water park and raised features on the other side of the house. Display is clean and bright giving a modern feel with a touch of natural color impression of environmentally friendly natural.

A bridge suspended by stainless steel cable span across the double volume spaces, with views to north, east and south, and a bridge across the atrium below connects a large balcony to the house.
