This is thin Office Interior Design ideas  in a refurbished postwar building in Singapore’s CBD outskirts; the office would act as the home for two companies, an IT company and a multimedia setup company.  The program brief would therefore have to be treated in such a way as to allow for these companies to work individually and interrelatedly.  The space had to reflect the ethos of these companies:  flexibility, technology and creativity.

The original piece was long and narrow with split levels and offers the possibility of a higher court. Place high in some cases, has been organized into groups that were awarded based on such. Overall, the room is organized into eight groups: The Boss.

Studio SKLIM is a multi-disciplinary design practice establishing its roots in the fields of architecture, interiors, landscape and urbanism.  Studio SKLIMwas founded by Kevin Lim Sui Kuan.  Kevin Lim studied architecture at the National University of Singapore and obtained his Diploma from the Architectural Association in London.  He has worked in London, Singapore and Beijing including the Dutch grown architectural practice, the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) amongst others.
