This house has a minimalist design, but many are equipped with modern and luxurious furnishings. This house was built in cape town, South Africa. The main areas of the house and is up on the first floor to take advantage of views towards the ocean, leaving the complementary areas on the ground floor, rotating around a central courtyard, which not only provides light and ventilation, but also a beautiful view from all rooms on that level.  A range of elegant colors and modern concrete floors, concrete textured stainless steel, with a touch of natural stone gray and dark glass that make up the canvas of a unique lifestyle. The design accents the illumination of the spirit of the house in every room and determines a specific mood for every occasion by the washing of the different surfaces and the creation of a festival rich in textures and shades.
