This 3772 meters square two-story residence is located in Carcavelos, one parish in the Portuguese municipality of Cascais, about 12 km/7.5 miles west of Lisbon. “Located in a woody site Meco Sesimbra beach on the outskirts of Lisbon, this house aims to create close relationship with its surroundings, a beautiful natural landscape. A set of restrictive regulations set out in the city council masterplan of the project had to be incorporated the project. Mishaps property, site access, and the total amount of building area and volume were just some of the regulations that had to be considered.
