Practice Jonathan Segal  ‘s is particularly inspiring. Rather than wait or put to work, Jonathan seeks portions then: create, manage and profit from their own evolution. The architect / owner used the space to build an urban private residence for his family with an architecture studio on-site. The residence is a stucco box resting on and supported by aircraft Corten steel wall, providing privacy and noise attenuation.

The main room is surrounded by a reflecting pool on one side and a glass floor on the other. Below the level where the offices and leisure facilities resides the glass floor / ceiling and frees the space allows ample natural light. The house is open and flowing space extending to the garden and reflecting pool. Below the level where the offices and leisure facilities resides the glass floor / ceiling and frees the space allows ample light.The natural tones used are very bright and beautiful, perfect for this residence.
