Today Brazil is the worlds largest industrial nation eighth, and many of its leading companies are selecting Designworks to create products that resonate with consumers in the region, and with growing importance, consumers in export markets through the word. Besides Intermarine, Brazilian-based customers DesignworksUSA also include Embraer, which is headquartered in Sao Jose dos Campos, and is the third largest producer of aviation in the world; Schioppa, a leading medical casters, which is headquartered in Sao Paulo, and Pado, the bronze and provider of aluminum, which is also based in Sao Paulo.

BMW Designworks added trapezoid shaped windows in place of traditional portholes for natural lighting ideal for the interior. Inspired by his work in automotive design, a refined, expressive silhouette reflects the speed and elegance, both identical elements found in BMW cars. While it is not the biggest boat outside, its interior designers willing to make full use of available space to accommodate a beauty salon, a gallery, three cabins and two bathrooms.  The 55 measures 57 meters in length and is designed to’harmony for the use of day and night”.

The internal arrangement of the yacht accommodates a lounge, kitchen, three cabins and two bathrooms, while providing comfort capacity for six people and one crewman. The internal areas of the 55 were designed from the theme of’horizons open”, which aimed to provide maximum visibility and space for the occupants. Inspired by modern architecture, the cabins on the ship are filled with natural light and light reflections. Large windows in the hall, cabins and even the restrooms are designed to allow occupants to a broad view of the ocean. The door to the lounge offers a perfect integration with the stern area, thanks to its grand opening through three door panels. And because of Brazil’s favorable weather, the platform of the 55 was designed to increase functionality and ease of transition between the yacht’ s different areas.
